RATES QUOTED:
Rates are priced per room per night in South African Rand (ZAR).
Rates are valid at the time of booking.
Rates exclude Transfers, Lunch, Beverages, Private telephone calls and Laundry.
Special rates applicable to direct bookings only.

PAYMENT:
All confirmed reservations in writing are subject to a 20% non –refundable deposit to secure the reservation. The outstanding balance is due upon arrival. Extras may be settled on departure.

CANCELLATIONS
Cancellations are only effective on receipt of written notification. Should a booking be cancelled due to any travel restrictions, or a positive Covid19 test result, the following will be applicable; the hotel will waive the cancellation penalties, however, the 20% deposit payment made against the cancelled booking will be kept as travel credit towards future bookings, which can be redeemed up to 24 months from the original date of travel. Proof for cancellation (cancelled flight, a positive test result etc.) will be requested in order to validate the reason. Non-Covid related: The 20% deposit will be forfeited. No refund can be done in the event of a no-show. In the event of premature departure the full extent of the stay, as originally booked and confirmed, will be charged. Refunds of deposits/prepayments for bookings are at the discretion of management and are dependent on the ability to re-let the room. La Petite Ferme reserves its rights to cancel any booking done in case of no payment of the total amount due on time

Check in time is at 14h00.  Check out time is 11h00

CHILDREN
Children can be accommodated in selected suites, upon prior arrangement.
All children under the age of two stay free of charge. A baby bed can be supplied.All children from 2 - 12 years old are invoiced 20% of the room rate per night per child for an extra bed, including breakfast.

Rates are quoted including breakfast, in room coffee station, fruit bowl, 15% VAT and 1% tourism levy.
Rates exclude transfers, lunch, dinner, bar, private telephone calls, laundry and gratuities.
We recommend that lunch and/or dinner be booked in advance.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS:
Minimum two-night stay over weekends.
Packages may not be used in conjunction with other offers or promotions. The package is only available to South African Residents. Please contact our Reservations Team for a tailor-made offer for you, should you be a resident outside of South Africa.
Our South African Resident rates are only bookable 14 days prior to arrival.

A written request is required to proceed with a reservation. Written confirmation of the reservation is forwarded via e-mail. Once the reservation is confirmed with payment received, the client is liable for cancellation fees.

Please refer to our reservations office for road transfer requests. Road transfers can be arranged on request at an additional charge.
